RuthMOO is an interactive online environment established for the purposes of education and community and is hosted at Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts. As of January 1998, RuthMOO is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to visit us at ruthmoo.feldberg.brandeis.edu:7777.

If you wish to become a part of this community (and we hope that you do), we ask that you not use an anonymous email service as your email address. Email addresses from hotmail, rocketmail and the like will not be accepted although you are welcome to log on as a guest.

If you are interested in doing any online teaching, whether it is distance education or just using a MOO environment to do student projects, we strongly encourage you to come visit RuthMOO and talk to any of the wizards. If possible, we would be happy to accomodate your needs. If RuthMOO is not a good fit for your educational activities, we can assist you in finding another MOO that is more suitable.
